人喜欢烦恼， 但如果你深入了解，在所有的烦恼当中，有一半以上都 [事不关己] 。
换句话说，我们多半都是庸人自扰。

天底下只有三件事。

一件是 [自己的事]。
诸如 ：上不上班 、吃什么东西 、开不开心 、结不结婚 、要不要帮助人......
自己能安排的皆属之。

一件是 [别人的事]。
诸如 ：小张好吃懒做 、小陈婚姻不幸福 、我帮助别人，别人却不感激......
别人在主导的事情皆属之。

一件是 [老天爷的事]。
诸如 ：会不会刮风 、地震 、战争 、开悟 、成道......
人能力范围以外的事情，都属于老天爷的管辖范围。

人的烦恼就是来自于 ：
《忘了自己的事 、爱管别人的事 、担心老天爷的事。》

所以，要轻松自在很简单 ：
1. 打理好 [自己的事]
2. 不去管 [别人的事]
3. 不操心 [老天爷的事]

想想，你是否也是这样？
自己的事没管好，还管别人的事，甚至还管到老天的事。
烦恼不会自己来找我们， 除非我们自寻烦恼。
以后当你担心烦恼时，别忘了问自己，这件事到底是 [谁] 的事？
