Indeed no one now can understand the depths of how you feel towards
that someone special & what you both shared.

But I can only say that “Suppression” is not a solution, it is only a band-aid on the problem.
You can pretend to smile but not feel happiness, You can lie to others but not to oneself.
You really need to be true to yourself because this is YOUR life.
One needs to be CLEAR not CONFUSE.

If some things can’t be changed & the only thing left to realize is only you can
change yourself and the way you react towards others.
If you had messed yourself up somewhat, you should THINK thru,
recover your center and figure out what you want to do to get on with life.
No one is able to go back and start from the beginning,
but can only begin to start today and make a brand new ending.

Yes, I know you might have tried, like all would claim umpteen times.
You find it tough & yet want to do what’s right & having
to go separate ways with the mind & heart.
However, each of us faces having to “Let Go” at some time in our lifetime.

Letting go does not always mean letting them leave you.
Letting go can also mean being around them, caring for them,
but not allowing them to drain you nor mentally hurt you further.
The worst thing is holding on to someone who doesn't want to be
held on to & clinging too tightly to something that isn't actually necessary.

Don't make someone a priority that only makes you an option.
Don't let anyone put you down on the way you look or act.
Don't let anyone stop you from doing what you love. Be yourself.
Do what you enjoy, and if you feel comfortable doing it then don't hold back.

During these processes, each experience you have had,good or bad,
take it to be lessons meant for “life”. You made the choice.

Life is too short to live it down in the dumps. If there is nothing you can do about “it”.
Don't worry as what is to come is to come.
