Thanks to them, i get to revise a game which i never play for quite some time. The part i like abt this game is get to pair with another player and work together in winning. Met a few great, fun players. LOL Anyway, it is quite a shiok feeling. hahahz... The bad part is of cos, when u haf too much chemistry with someone, others will wonder if you are cheating. :L But given the speed of the game, think it's a bit hard to? :L LOL Only problem i had with it is the cards zooming out too fast.

I heard of Bridge games before but never read up on any or play any before.
Before it came out yesterday, friend told me to read from wiki. but being silly, i cannot understand. So after maintenance, when game came out, the brave but silly me went in to try lol. Got scolded by many, got called **** etc. Ultimately lost alot. But I figured it out in the end after I met 2 guys who was willing to explain to me and the other girl. So I end up knowing how to play but I was being silly insisting on 1NT ![]() Slowly I understand why people bid for certain shapes and why they dare to bid so high. Now I keep quiet and just accept whatever they bid lol. Even if I am made partner, I just try my best to win few hands. I find Zany Bridge very fun. But I really hope the PROs can stop calling beginners ****s. No one was born knowing everything. As for me being fierce and insisting beginners listen, its for your good. I'm not trying to make you lose so don't worry. Just telling you guys don't touch the bid to make it to 7. As it kills yourself and the unlucky one who has to partner you. Thanks to all who bear with me while I was being "****" and thanks for the good games ! Now I know how you guys feel when playing with me. Especially when I clicked 7NT yea I have my "****" moments too !

haha
everyone was once a ****. But maybe level 1s shld try and understand why certain rooms are strictly named "level 2 and above" (Doesn't work, honestly. Some ****s manage to level up) and shld stop trying to enter. haha. erm..sorry to ****s who got offended. But pls understand, it can be frustrating for someone with a good hand, but still lose cos the partner is not skilful/observant. Just had a fight with my partner. Dare to say I make no sets when she doesn't even throw what i'm strong at. Though some ppl are like level 3...but still behave like a ****. In short, forgive and forget ![]() but... to all ****s, kicking is to ensure quality control. No offence. Kenna sabo by partner is a no-no in game of bridge.

quality control lol QC heh
thats kinda funny hmm i saw my rm leader kick...... but at times we do ask 1st if they know how to play. whats scary is when they tell you "yes i know how to play" and then they become don't know and anyhow play. the bidding is scary, if only can be like wahjong. preset how many min. hands lol

I totally agree with gEr and vstarling.
I seriously think most 'pro' players here on Zany Bridge 'overlook' the fact that they were ALL level 1 once, because that's where everyone starts from. It's really rude and frustrating when lower level players get called '****s'. There is most certainly nothing complimenting or constructive in using that; if only there existed a system that makes automatic deductions to player's points whenever they make degradory comments about '****s' (i wish, but i know this is never going to happen). It's a major turn-off especially when some players just keep calling others '****s', even if it's obvious they DO know how to play, but unfortunately just happened to have ended up with average cards (they get especially vicious when they are 'caused to lose', by those '****s'). As if it isn't already frustrating to keep shuffling between levels 1 and 2 (the '**** levels'), we get people who are so enthusiastic about name-calling. Calling others '****s' doesn't make you any smarter, nor does it make you APPEAR smarter, and it most definitely does not give you bonus points for every player you use '****' on. If they've been playing for long enough, they should most definitely know that it is NOT easy gaining points in this game, and it is relatively easier in comparison to lose them (e.g. as many have mentioned, getting sabotaged by other players). It is most unfair when a player with a lower level gets blamed for the pair's loss, by the player with the higher level. Seriously, everyone makes mistakes, please. Get over it and grow up already.

lol
chemistry_freako, think u got me wrong. I am quite against ****s. It doesn't mean all level 1s are ****s though. Some ****s have already leveled up to level 5. lol k.... Here's how i define **** behaviour: 1. Bid very high but doesn't seem to have a good hand at all. 2. Loses game and blames partner for bidding high. 3. Loses game and compares with partner and complain partner is not capable of getting any set. 4. Throwing Trump card (especially the partner card) at first round. -.-' (i duno if it's against the rules but it's kinda a waste...) 5. And oh, throwing away Aces carelessly. It's weird seeing someone throw Ace hearts in a game of clubs (when trump is diamond). And honestly, i am not exactly the pro in this game. There are ppl out there who are well-trained in this game. We all play for fun... but in bridge, it's abt teamwork. we can blame la... but in joking manner. I can understand when pros blame ****s cos they are not playing properly....but ****s blame pros? Sorry, yes we shld give ****s chance. But not at the expense who want to play proper games. If ****s want to play, stick to **** rooms. They can have fun together, quarrel and blame each other and still level up. :L And slowly, they will move out of their ****-shell and go on to be a pro. ****rs.

Eh.. to vstarling .
in a normal bridge game.i am quite sure that at the START no one is to throw trump till some one "break" trump .unless u got 1 set of 13 cards that only contain one suit.. ( ridiculous)/ Breaking trump is like throwing out a trump card wen u do not have the suit played. yup.. goodies..
