The Win a Wii competition has come to a close. The 3 lucky winners of the Wii have been confirmed and have been announced in the July 2009 newsletter. Thank you all for the enthusiastic response.

The activity badge for the 100 players with the most chances (15276 or more) accumulated has been awarded. Check your profile pages to see if you have qualified!



Players with over 15,276 chances but did not get the badge would mean that they had been disqualified from the draw due to violation of site rules and will be contacted later in the week.

In conjunction with the upcoming school holidays, we will be holding a lucky draw where 3 lucky Viwawa Players will walk away with a Nintendo Wii!!!

Promotion Period: 1 - 30 June 2009 (+8 GMT Singapore Time)

How It Works

• Each player will accumulate chances during the promotion period.
• The top 100 players with the most chances will then be eligible for the lucky draw.
• 3 Winners will be picked from the top 100, each winning a Nintendo Wii
• As a bonus, the top 100 players will also receive a special active player badge

How To Qualify

• Accumulate more chances, get into top 100
• Win at least 10% of matches played
• Check your email and read the newsletter in July

How to Accumulate Chances
The more you participate in the games and site activities, the higher your chances will be!

• New account sign-up - 100 chances
• Each complete game match - 3 chances
• Each forum post - 1 chance (DO NOT SPAM! Users spam-posting for the sake of getting more posts will get ALL their posts deleted without notice)
• Join game competition - 100 chances
• Every 1000 gold spent - 1 chance
• Every 50 cash spent - 1 chance
• Every Viwawa merchandize purchased - 100 chances

Terms and Conditions

• The chances will be tallied only at the end of the promotion period. Players can monitor their own accumulated chances via their profile page.
• Winners will be notified by the player's registered email address and via the July 2009 newsletter in the first week of July 2009.
• Prizes must be claimed within 2 months from the date of winner notification.
• Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next eligible player. In this case, a draw will be made among the top players to pick another winner.
• Attempts to cheat or unnaturally boost the chances for the draw will lead to a disqualification and possible account suspension.
• Cheating includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, pre-fixing match results to chalk up match numbers, forum spamming with non-constructive posts.
• Any player suspended in June 2009 for any past offense will automatically be disqualified from this lucky draw.
• Winners may be asked to have photos taken upon prize collection and on accepting the prize, agree to the use of the photos for marketing purposes.
• Pendulab reserves the right to amend the rules of the lucky draw without prior notice, so please check this thread often.

Some frequently asked questions...

Why 100 chances for new account signups?
New accounts typically earn less gold and take longer to complete some games due to their low level. The 100 chances over this period gives newbies about 1 extra match per day as an extra boost.

Then I can create ALOT of accounts to get very high chances?
Accounts found doing that may get suspended. Note that only 100 players with the MOST chances will be eligible. All the extra accounts created will probably not be within the top 100.

When is the qualification period exactly?
It will start from 00:00 1st June 2009, and end on midnight of 30th June 2009.

Will we know our current number of chances and my current rank?
You can now see your current number of chances in your own profile page. You will not be able to see the points of others. We are not able to display your current chances rank yet.

What constitutes a complete game match?
All matches with a valid match result are counted. Abandoned matches will not qualify. Do remember that match-fixing is a serious offense. Intentionally creating a lot of matches to artificially increase your chances will lead to account suspension and heavy penalties.

How to win a Wii?
It will be a lucky draw among the top 100 players. Read the first post above!!!!!!

The Top 100 Players are so far ahead, how will I have any chance?
The winner will come from the 100 players with the most chances. It is not taken from the game ranking.

Play which game?
Playing in any Viwawa game will contribute to your chances.

How to register for this lucky draw?
There is no need to register. Every player is automatically registered on 1st June 2009. Just be active, play games, and you will accumulate the chances for the draw.

What is spam?
