Who gets the winning tile?

I've encountered the situation a few times liao.
I click on "HU" already but turns out is another player win:@.

How is it determined who gets the winning tile?

The one next to the one who throw the card will have the 1st priority to win it if u are listening to the same card

see the flow of the red arrows,the next one nearest the arrow tip of the thrown card will be the 1st to win,if all are waiting for same cards

this is known as JIE HU
