Any player can 'qiang gang'.

- Any player also can QIANG KANG.

- But only can snatch KAI KANG(open) & not ANG KANG(close).
Cuz if a player ANG KANG, u don't know what is his tile & u can't snatch from that player.

- By right ANG KANG the tiles should be close, but in S'pore we don't pratice this. Normally just shout ANG KANG, draw tile(flower) & collect money from the other 3 players.

Example:
Player1 pong, after that he draw e same tile n want to KANG, & just nice u can game with that tile, u JIANG GANG from him and get extra 1 TAI.

QIANG KANG to game = 1 Tai

i've seen pple qiang kang and 1 more tai will be reflected as "Rob Kong".
