What are the available winning hands in Wahjong?

The rules generally follow those found in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapo..._scoring_rules but not in its entirety. You will see that some rules are not implemented, such as the live tile discard scenarios.

What is the maximum points one can score in a match?
The maximum points/tai/fan/hand is capped at 15.

Does Wahjong follow Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan or China mahjong rules?
Wahjong generally implements rules from Singapore and Hong Kong Mahjong, depending on the mode chosen, but not in its entirety as there are minute differences between everyone's rules.

What happens when a player leaves the match halfway?
The player gets a gold/experience penalty, and automatically discards tiles that he draws in subsequent rounds.

Doesn't 平胡 imply 无花? Thats why 平胡 got 4 tai?

Ya, should implement jiu lian bao deng. 3x1 tong,sok or wan, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,3x9 tong,sok o wan plus any tiles of the suit. Must all b same suit. This should give a full 15 tai. N 18 luohan oso.. Tian hu n di hu is too low in my opinion. Should b 15 for those two also.

You kidding me? Thats soo discouraging. If i ever win any of those and get so little tai, im quitting.

i tink sld implement immediately hu 4 8huas n immediately hu 4 da san yuan bcos dis is singapore mj.. n isn't it there's additional 1 tai for 4 animals? pls don implement 7 dui zi bcos there's no such thing as 7 dui zi in singapore.

IMO:
i have never seen 天胡 & 地胡 so far...it is **** difficult to get. Therefore, would suggest that:

Heaven's Hand (天胡)shd be max i.e. 15 tai
Earth Hand (地胡)shd also be max but can set 14 tai

Btw what about:

么九？
九子连环？
杠杠胡?
杠上?
花上?

Also suggest to give incentive for receiving gold from others for getting a 杠(4 of the same kind)
