The purpose of this policy is to promote an ethical community and to ensure fair play among Viwawa users. Any users found to have broken any of the following rules will be dealt with according to the penalty stated in this policy. Multiple (Clone) Accounts Any player suspected of possessing multiple accounts and using them for activities deemed to be unfair or creating disorder in Viwawa will result in both the main and clone accounts being banned without notice. The main account holder can submit an appeal for a lighter penalty but this will be subjected on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Viwawa. Hacking, Botting, Exploitation Any account found to be hacking, botting, using 3rd party solvers, or exploiting bugs in Viwawa will result in the account getting banned without notice. Cash Payment Fraud A gamer who is found to have conducted any payment fraud – such verdict shall be decided at Viwawa’s sole discretion, will result in the gamer’s account being banned without notice. The gamer’s account will only be reactivated when the rightful amount owed to Viwawa is paid in full. An administrative fee may be imposed on top of the payment. Scamming and Impersonation A gamer found: a) posing as Admin/Viwawa Staff; or b) attempting to trick other gamers of the usage of “special skills” in order to gain advantages within the games or for oneself; or c) attempting to trick other gamers into revealing their accounts’ information ; or d) attempting to trick other gamers into topping up Viwawa Cash for his / her account will result in an immediate ban of the gamer’s account. e) unauthorized use of another player's account without explicit given permission Accounts which are banned for reason (b) stated above can submit an appeal for a lighter penalty but this will be subjected on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Viwawa. Abusive Behavior Spamming A gamer found to be spamming in any form of communication channel (e.g. shoutbox, forum, wallpost, private chat, game lobby chat) will result in an account suspension of a variable number of days. The number of days for the suspension depends on the seriousness of spamming as deemed by Viwawa. The culprit will be notified via email the number of days that his / her account has been suspended for. S.e.x.ual Harassment A gamer found to be s.e.x.ually harassing another gamer in any form or channel will result in an immediate ban of his or her account. No form of appeal will be accepted. Threatening A gamer found threatening another gamer in any form will result in an immediate ban of the gamer’s account. First time offender can appeal for a lighter penalty. (appeal does not apply to physical harm, death threats) For repeat offenders, no form of appeal will be accepted. Inappropriate Language An account with repeated warnings on undesirable use of language will result in his or her account being banned without notice. First time offender can appeal for a lighter penalty. For repeat offenders, no form of appeal will be accepted. Flaming A gamer found to be flaming another gamer in any form or communication channel will result in a suspension of a variable number of days. Any form of language which is construed as antagonistic, derogatory, offensive or otherwise is deemed as a flame. The number of days suspended depends on the seriousness of the flaming as deemed by Viwawa. You will be notified via email of the number of days that your account will be suspended for. Advertising A gamer found posting an advertisement of any form in any part of Viwawa will result in an immediate ban of the gamer’s account. However, a gamer is allowed to post information on his or her personal items in the designated Buy & Sell forum thread. Game Cheating A gamer found to be cheating in a game in any form that causes the gamer to gain an unfair advantage will result in his or her account being suspended without notice. Cheating may include, but is not limited to: - Match-fixing - Exchanging wins (sometimes termed "training") - Use of clone accounts - Selling wins for cash - Use of external programs to gain obviously unfair advantage in the games Circumvention and Distortion of Rules A gamer who tries to manipulate the rules mentioned in this Viwawa Penal System or the rules of the games, will be subjected to an immediate ban of his or her account. Appeals will not be entertained. Reporting of a Gamer Breaking Any Rule in the Viwawa Penal System A gamer can report to us another gamer found trespassing any rule in this Penal System. The reporting gamer has to provide us with the alleged culprit’s gamer ID, time of occurrence and screenshots. The report should be as complete as the circumstance possibly allows. If the reporting gamer is found to have tampered with the materials furnished, thus making a false accussation against another gamer, the reporting gamer will be subjected to an account suspension or an account ban as deemed fit by Viwawa. ============================================= Pendulab reserves the right to modify, delete or add any rule mentioned in this Viwawa Penal System and such modification, deletion or addition will be made without notice. All Viwawa Gamers are encouraged to review the Viwawa Penal System periodically. This Viwawa Penal System shall constitute part of the Terms of Use which a gamer shall so agree to all rules, regulations, terms and conditions without contention. If a gamer does not agree to any of the terms or rules hereof, the same gamer should not play at Viwawa. Any appeal sent on behalf of another person or not using the registered email will be igonored. Viwawa will not refund any cash or items that remain in the banned account. Your email may not be replied if you have committed any offense stated in this penal system. If you do not want your account to get banned, abide by the rules and stay off any grey area. | |
