Penalties are as stated here. Suspensions almost never exceed 1 month, and very rarely permanent. Only 1 or 2 players have been permanently banned for match-fixing so far, as others would typically stop after the first 1 or 2 attempts. From the 3rd offense onwards, it would be considered on a case by case basis.
