I have already pointed out that the exp needed in my discussion is just an estimation, as the real figure should be way more than this number because more and more exp point will be needed to level up at every levels. Please read the whole thing properly before posting something.

When Viwawa first started and only had less than 10 players daily and no marketing, the staff joined the games as genuine players to beef up the community. AI characters would not do that.

In Sushido, each turn is 5 seconds and especially in the arena, it gets very competitive. One can't really expect the opponent to reply, especially within their limited time per turn.

In any case, games are a form of entertainment. Some may indulge deep into it, some may come and go. Some spend their money on movies for 2 hours, some spend that same amount on games for longer periods. Everyone has their own choice. While it is true that every business entity's goal is to make profits, retaining players by keeping the fun element up goes along the same line too.

First of all, there is none AI (Admin don't have time to create bunch of AI just to provoke you to buy cash)
Second of all, people feel bored so they come to viwawa and play with real people all around the world
I want to win (that makes me happy) so i buy cash (skills)
It is up to people whether to buy cash or not and play viwawa or not (the admin didn't force you to)
And lastly I'm also a pianist and i only play viwawa during my leisure time(when i have nothing to do at all)
