I think the xp allocated shld be different for e numbers of players playing a certain amount.

example,
4 people play 4k, all get 100 xp,
for 3 people plying 4k should get something like 125xp,
2people playing get 150xp and so on?

and once the target is reach, the game should be finish? What is the point for players to wait 2 mins inside when the target has been achieved. getting 7.5k in a 4k games also get the same xp.
