Tsa'arak is a grandmaster of Stwack and can grant you special abilities when you visit him. You probably can see an icon in the game lobby now, but the pass used to visit him is not available yet.

The daily pass will be very easily available (i.e. cheap) to everyone, and lets you visit Tsa'arak once every 24 hours. It lasts forever.

The special pass is a one-time use item that lets you visit Tsa'arak at any time. It is for players who wish to visit Tsa'arak more than once a day.

Tsa'arak typically gives one of the new red booster items that will expire in 24 hours. If you happen to get an item that you already have, it simply updates the expiry to 24 hours from the time you get the item.

Tsa'arak gives a random item that lasts for 24 hours on each visit

Note that none of the red booster items are for sale.

All these will be available in early to mid July.
