Mmmm if I remember correctly, a skill with higher initiative will always take place faster as compared to one with lower initiative.

What do you not understand...? >.> Higher initiative= attack earlier. So if this turn I use an attack with initiative 5 and you use an attack with no initiative, even if you click later you also attack first.

i think that initiative means that it gets to atk earlier
quite useful when both opponents r down to low hp.
like p1 uses jam punch, while p2 uses smmoch but clicks later,
but p2 will atk first because theres initiative.
