Note the end of the first paragraph: "AND SO ON". Means increase in hp is not capped to lvl 60. FYI.

then count as 30.... every 5, 1 hp. means u have 6 extra HP.

cookie is 116.... mean 115 /5 =23 extra hp1

Yes, included in Stwack league. But its based on the level of your account that was last refreshed in the league.
