as an example??? k lets say my sushido deluxe nw have roe ryte... i upgrade roe till +4 then if normally he pay 56 then he pay me 60 or 70 lyke tat ah???

The costumer earnings are not only based on ingrediants upgrade but on costumer patient (the side bar) or the treats you may serve to him/her...but yes the upgrades are making a big difference enough ..... win a high level opperent even if your dishes aren't that good.
And now answering your question: Their isnt any guide that we can know how many boosted earnings you get per ingrediant upgrade but then again it will surely increase ur earnings ..

Each upgrade will made that ingredient +$1 or maybe $0.50 per piece, each time you upgrade that particular ingredient, cant really remember the exact figure cause explaint by admin ages ago. Indeed the customer will pay you more after the upgrading.
For your suggestion, targeted to those recipe you often use.
Eg. if u got Sake Tokudan Maki, which contain of 10 fish in it, then u should upgrade the fish, you will gain the earning ideally.

Meanwhile, as per FarmWithMe mentioned, the customer patient gauge will also effect the pay.

For your info,

Buy 1st upgrade will add you $0.50 per piece;
Buy 4th upgrade without 1st, 2nd and 3rd still add you $0.50 per piece.
But, buy all four of them, will be +0.50 +0.50 +0.50 +0.50= +$2.00.
