unable to enter during chatting

i have faced this prob a few times. i chat wif my frd, then go back
playing. then after go back to the chat, i type but cannot enter. dunno
if anyone faced the same prob

Do you refer to the private chat?

When you are playing a game, the player(s) that wish to chat with you could not go into the same table (room) as you. But he/she could use the private chat function. When he/she talk to you, and your first reply were functioning. After that, you click back your game, following that you click back on the chat, but could not key in any buttons.

Is this the problem?

If yes, I agreed with this.
