Default Reporting of Abusive Behaviour

Advertisement
As with all online gaming communities, there are sheeps, and there are black sheeps. Viwawa is no exception, though we try very, very hard to provide everyone with a pleasant and friendly gaming environment.

We have recently received a few complaints about fellow gamers becoming "not so nice" to other gamers. Such untowardly behaviour is definitely not welcomed here in Viwawa. And that's the difference, we are nice people, nicer than most at least that's what we believe, but we can be stern and firm when the occassion calls for.

So what's the purpose of this post, you might ask? Well, we genuinely believe that 99.9% of you are playing nice, but the tiny errant minority can cause such an unpleasant blotch on Viwawa that we have to reiterate our stand against such deviants. We adhere (and love) our Viwawa Gamer Ethics and we hope that by playing on Viwawa you do too (ok, maybe not the love part.)

Thus, dear gamers, when you observe any unbecoming behaviour, you may send an email to support@viwawa.com and include details such as

* the game
* date/time of incident
* name of the player involved

Try to avoid using the shoutboxes for such serious issues. We will look into every case with every bit of concern. Do note that unsubstantiated reports shall not be looked upon favourably.

Let's work and play together to make Viwawa the best, the most fun and
enjoyable online gaming site ever.

Default Re: Reporting of Abusive Behaviour

There has been incidents recently where some players posted personal photos of other players in the forum without their consent and for the purpose of ridicule.

All players guilty of this had been given a stern warning. Please do not post images on the forum unless you have the rights or permissions to the use of the pictures in the forum.

Repeat offenders may be given account suspensions, depending on severity of the incident. If ever in doubt, obtain permission from the owner of the picture (or person in the picture) first.
