question regarding recipe drop

hi all! im new to bw.

just wondering, if i am lvl 20+, can i get a lvl 30+ or 40+ recipe? because i want to try hunting for swirly lolly but im lvl 20+ only. thx

why not leveling up first and then hunting?

No, you cannot obtain a recipe of dish of a higher GRADE than yours. Which means, example you're at level 20, your grade is considered G3 (10-19 as G2 and etc), so you can obtain a Char Siew Bao which is at level 25 even if you are just level 20. But do remind you cannot obtain a recipe of a dish that will require defeat of a boss to acquire it, example: Kraken Tentacle and Peach.

u wrong.. level 10 can gt peach and kraken tentacle if u can win kraken or momo..
