I understand that we are now unable to initiate Private Messaging while
we are in a game to prevent cheating. But we may want to talk privately
to someone about matters outside of the game.

If someone is intent on cheating, he can definitely find ways to do so.
Be it discussing openly in the game or initiating the chat before
entering the game, there are definitely loopholes in the system. If he
is so crazy about winning, do you actually doubt he can't discover
methods to cheat?

All in all, it is up to one's integrity whether he wants to cheat or
not. I say that the admins should bring back Private Messaging within
games. Viwawa is not just about playing, it is also about chatting with
other people. That's what makes it so fun. If there are suspicions that
there are cheaters within a game, one can just leave and join another
game. There is no need to erradicate Private Messaging.

What do you people think?

actually, i beg to differ. it is not true that someone who wanna cheat will definitely find other ways to do so. the majority with us play with strangers, so the cheaters will not be able to msn/icq/etc them since they do not know them. therefore, their only method of cheating is in-game private msg.

therefore with in-game pte msg gone, only friends will be able to cheat...but you can't keep playing with the same friend and winning cos ppl will get suspicious, haha. so it gets a lot harder to cheat. those of us who don't intend to cheat also will not keep getting msges telling us that the cheater is our partner. makes life difficult!

personally i think the benefits of removing outweighs those of keeping. perhaps you can talk to the person about other things after you finish playing with him/her.

private messaging friends in game u say...

case 1: friend in the same room,
there is no need for private messaging unless u are trying to cheat

case 2: friend is not in the same room,
u dont have msn? or u dont have ur friends' add? cant be... they are your friends

the "u" that i mentioned is not directed at anyone in particular, just to make it easier to get my point

this is viwawa, gaming platform, NOT some chat program... the chat feature is just a bonus, its not like viwawa's chat is superior to msn anyway...
