prequelshoot and kerdemi are cheating?

Well,I have seen lots of post on Bridge chatbox saying prequelshoot and kerdemi are cheating!I also played with them before,and I'm like 80% sure they are cheating!Anyone knows if they are cheating or not?

Their cards shows they helping each other,and Prequelshot and Kerdemi are always playing together,and one day in match i say "are u cheating?" prequelshot said "What?" and kerdemi said "huh?" later,so I guess they are actually the same person just they got 2 pc.I;m just about 80% sure,I don't really know if its true.
