Perpetual Checking Rule

In my game against PAKTE a few minutes ago, I had a series of moves which required repeated checkings before leading to a checkmate using three pieces. However I was 3 more steps from checkmate when I lost due to "repeated checking." Please improve the system due to the fact that there are indeed games which involve repeated checkings.

I moved my general left and right. Then i lost. Where in the world did this rule come from? I've never come across this rule in all my years of chess.

Perpetual/Repeated moving should be alright but the perpetual checking isn't. We should be given 5 at least!! In a game where 2 experts play, there will be plenty of moves and 3 moves isn't enough to defeat either one!!

yes wanted to say that clubxiangqi gives more chance

everycheck is another chance to think..

3 checks is too little for 1 piece..

1 more thing to note although this isnt the right place..

Sometimes my opponent and I move too fast some chess pieces stuck! I cant move across even if we knew that the pieces are gone.. Many times already I'm suppose to be able to do more but thanks to the stucks I cant do what I intended to!
