Possibly their lv around 1 - 20. Very rare case i meet that they wan item. Usually they only wan win for badge, gold or xp. So, no point he/she getting item also. Some reasons that hard for them taking item : 1) they dun have any important skill (water, pot, jump) or only gt some of them 2) they usually 1st time fighting boss (no experience in angle 'shooting or jumping' or dunno wat to do in this boss match) if i meet this condition (till now i nvr meet this cond cos low lv usually still dunno how to take item and maybe they also dunno that they possible getting boss item after boss match XD), i'll say that its 'hard' for u to take item, u gt also cannt use, wasting time for all player, risk getting lose, etc etc so u do fs better for faster gm and increase chance of winning. they could usually understand by tat. on tat screenshot, i could see that he alrdy gt water, pot, jump and have tomato (w20 p70 snack class dish). Well u can using tomato to share angle with other player (w40 p90). who knows if a pro playing tat account?  so its very possible he getting item moreover if he know angle sharing, and helped by pros like u ^^ | |
