no table available = error

sometimes my customer eats and disappears. my table is empty and i get "click" button for next customer, but when i try to sit next customer at table it says "no tables available" !!!

i watch closely and i notice that sometimes if i have a recipe for 8 octopus, i take 3 octopus from the sushido board, then the count on my customer says i only need 2 more octopus. (should say 5 more). i take 3 more octopus from board, then the customer eat and go away, and i get money. but there is still invisible customer sitting at this table waiting for 2 more octopus. if i can finish sushi recipe for invisible customer, then i can sit the next one.

anyone else have this problem, any way to fix ???

easy if customer wanted octopus, but if is more difficult recipe, i dont know what he want
