pls,set a new rules,2 times timeouts is lose

i played with a lvl 2,BEN_24
i was winning,i had more pawns,1 bishop n knight while he only has 2 pawns that sure die and 1 knight
my time was 1:24 left,he had 3 minute something
than,he purposely timeout,when my turn,suddenly my time changed to less than 1 minute,i quickly move my pieces,and he purposely made timeout again,and said "hha"

when my turn,suddenly my time bcome 0:00,and i lose,to that ****
please change the rules in this game,people,especially ****s,are making use of tis,and i dun like
