My concerns about this game

One of my deepest concerns is about the bidding. The first person who
gets the chance to bid, immediately bid 3. After he/she wins, he/she
will get the first chance again, and will bid 3 again. And so on, not
letting anyone else bid. He/she will get bigger points, and win. I don't
like when people do this.

Admin, if possible, can the rule be changed? After winning, don't give
the first chance of bidding to the winner. Because other people don't
get any chance to bid. Change the first bidder on every round, so
everyone gets at least 1 round to bid.

Another concern is about people running away in the middle of the game.
Some people like to leave the room in the middle of the game, if they
have low scores. This causes a draw game to the other people.

The first person to bid is always picked randomly, it does not default to the winner of the previous round.

Unfortunately, as much as we like to modify everyone's mentality, that is an unfortunate user behavior which there is nothing much we can do about.

about the drawing part, i guess admin has simply no choice but to set like this for all games lo.. set "draw" instead of "win".. because if, in such condition, the rest of the players stayed in the match are to be declared both as winners, you will see tons of players around getting all the 10 con win trophies easily as the players can simply juz "pa gat" tgt.. one party can juz simply leave the particular match 10 times halfway consecutively to let the other party/ies get 10 con wins already if wins were to be set. This will be too unfair, and obviously it will equate to cheating, and i guess admin simply dun 1 to let us off to win so easily as it will be amount to cheating.

Is the bidder always picked randomly? Because for so many times I play this, the first chance falls to the bidder from the previous round. Always the same person.

This happened many times to me:
One person got the first chance to bid, and he bid 3. This person keeps bidding, even though he lost already (the points from previous rounds are already too low to catch up). On the last round, I asked him to let me or the other player to bid, so we don't get a draw. But he didn't let us, he bid 3 again. As a result, he lost with a very low point, and I got a draw, even though my cards were good, and I could've won.

Admin, if the bidder is always picked randomly, then can it be changed to not random? Always give the first chance to different person. For example, on the first round the chance belongs to the owner. Then, it rotates to the next person clockwise, for every new round. This will avoid the luck some people get (some people maybe are lucky to get 3 chances for 3 rounds).
