make easier to get chili powder

admin.....all of us need chili powder as well....pls let us to get chili powder easier.....once it failed.....return to 0.....it's really terrible....really hard to upgrade.....if dont upgrade the dishes...we will lose to our clone......
so pls admin make it easier to let us get the chili powder as well =)

I support you Chilli so hard to get. Still must undergo another test to see if pass or fail. I mean got upgrade or not. Then if fail become 0... At least if fail minus 1 grade i think can la... You see if ppl upgrade until +9 wan +10 then fail I think he would not play the game anymore. Waste all his effort trying then become 0.
