i've saw someone that have won 5000 times and olny lose 1000 times, but he still lv 3. how can???

Yes, this is only possible for one reason... unverify wawa id. Any unverified wawa id's game level will be capped at level 3 if he/she did not use a valid email to verify for his wawa. As such, even if he win 10000 matches in stwack, he will still be at level 3.
