Mm, like this..the reason that make it possible is they scare to lose, so when they play one round, and before the idle limit time ended, they quit because they scare to lose so it appeared draw, with the consequences you lose ur xp, so it keeps them maintaining their ranking..

of course possible,, not verified ur email will keep u at lvl 3 no matter how many times u win,,, myb she just verified email recently lo...

Lots of reason, for e.g not verifying her email (or she baybe veryfied her email recently), or like what I've already mentioned
Mm, btw, the exp u'll earny by playing groword isn't as much as u play big 25, in big 25, the max xp u'll earn by winning one round is 100,
So far as I've known, if u win one round by playing groword, u won't get xp 100, probably half or moreover

Winning one full game gets you a base xp of 50, regardless of what your score is, then you add bonuses (+ or -) obtained through the game

Losing the game gives a base xp of 5.
