Do these high-class word valid in Groword???

1. Ninkempoop
Definition : -- a stupid foolish person.
-- An Idio?, dolt, or dullard is a mentally deficient
person, or someone who acts in a self-defeating
or significantly counterproductive way.

2. Declivitous
Definition : -- sloping down rather steeply.

But I search for them, can't!
In the computer dictionary also can't.
I searched those definitions in web.
