For players having connection problems

We are gathering some information for players who are experiencing problems connecting to the games this week.

If your computer is running on Windows,

1) Click START

2) Run...


3) type in "cmd"


4) type in "tracert game.viwawa.com" and press ENTER
5) Wait for the text on the screen until it says "Trace complete"


6) Right-click in the window and choose "Mark"


7) Click on top left corner of the black area, and drag your mouse to the bottom right corner.


8) Right click anywhere in the white area

9) Reply to this thread, and paste (CONTROL-V) into the message area. Please also include your Internet Service Provider name.

i think it's a bug..

sorry for the rude,but when u were opening xxx,then u also opened viwawa site,i can tell for sure that ur viwawa site was corrupted by the virus..
u may fix it if u have clear up the cache or backup your data..
