fix rob kong

i just got robbed kong with 'an kang'.
'an kang' cannot rob one right? why i kenna rob?
(i 'an kang' 8tong so its nothing gotta do with 13terminals)

never happened to me before but logically speaking is cannot. except for special case like 13 terminals niaa

Ankang here means kong from a self-drawn tile.

Recognized this to be a bug and fixed. Self-drawn kong will not get robbed, even for 13 terminals.

Sometimes I do wonder why Viwawa Wahjong developers have such little knowledge for Mahjong as compared to other Mahjong software developers...

Rules are played differently even within the same country. As far as possible, we will try to balance the common rules with the majority. We've seen quite a few groups who do not allow it, and know of some who do implement that rule as well. If it does show that majority of players here want that rule as opposed to those who don't want it, we can most definitely put that in.

an-gang (暗杠）(kang own concealed/unmelded set i.e. all 4 tiles self-drawn and not yet pong) only 13 terminals can rob.

If mìng-gàng (明杠) to kang already melded/declared pong, any winning hands can also rob the kang (doesn't matter self-drawn or discarded by others).

yay admin fixed it... still quite unhappy i got robbed and deducted exp tho... nvm
