Admin i top up mol RM 40 get 11 item there are total 12 items so mean i will get 1 of costume but why i top up 40 dint get any costume ???? And Valentine promotion i top up 40 i get 2 costumes in buffet wars but why this i dint get ???

its not a bug. the chance is 10% to get it. in long term it will take over 10 gifts each costume

10% get is not 10 gift sure get 1. u get 1 item not means next one 20%, then 30%. Its still 10%

Yeah well however, my friend Top Up RM20 and got both costumes...
I top up RM20 and got 1 of the costumes...
My friend Cynern on the other hand, Top Up Rm 40 and got nothing....seems fair right ?

and on the Forum, it's written that if you
Top Up 270Cash, you'll get 1 item,
Top Up 550, you'll get 2 items,
Top Up 1200 Which is RM20, you'll get 5 items

and if you

Top Up 2500 which is RM40, you'll get 11 items out of 12 items which means no matter what ... you'll get either one of the costumes or both.

However, I think the Reason for that is you can get the same item twice...
for example

If cynern top up RM40

which means he'll get 11 Prizes

11 items mean 11 tickets to get that items in the list.. 1 ticket can get random items in that list.. for costume, you have 10% chance in 1 ticket to get costume..
