To help fellow Viwawaeans, we're compiling a list of frequently asked questions here. Feel free to post new questions and we'll add to the list accordingly.

Q: I've discovered a bug! How?
A: Send a detailed description to support@viwawa.com and make a screenshot of the problem where possible. It speeds up the process in fixing the problem.

Q: I've this great idea for Viwawa...
A: You may post the ideas in our Suggestions forum. Other gamers may contribute ideas and grow it even bigger! We may not reply to all suggestion posts, every topic will be read.

Q: Why can't I play any game?
A: Most of our games require a minimum of Flash Player 8 installed on your browser. You can download the latest player from http://www.adobe.com/flashplayer

Q: Game Client stop loading after xx%
A: Try clear your browser cache.
For Internet Explorer 6,
Tools -> Internet Options -> under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.

For Internet Explorer 7,
Tools -> Internet Options -> under Browsing History, click Delete and then under "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files.

For Firefox
Tools -> Clear Private Data, check "Cache" and click on "Clear Private Data Now"

Q: Can I link my wawa to external forums as my avatar?
A: Yes, if your forum allows external images, you can provide an image such as
http://www.viwawa.com/mywawa/default/80x120/YourUserName
http://www.viwawa.com/mywawa/default/100x150/YourUserName
http://www.viwawa.com/mywawa/default/200x300/YourUserName

Q: How often can I rate wawas?
A: You can rate as many wawas as you want, but to rate the same wawa again, you have to wait one week.

Q: Why was my gold and experience deducted?
A: Heavy gold and experience penalties are imposed on players who leave a match before it ends, as it disrupts the game-play of fellow gamers. The penalty is reflected only after the other players complete the match.

Q: Why was my account disabled?
A: Mostly likely you have violated our term of use.

Q: Top-up via SMS but no cash credited?
A: Cash crediting will only be done after the Telco have sent us charging confirmation. The delay various with Telco, may take up to three days. However, you can check the status of your transactions by send email to support@viwawa.com via your registered email. Please include your mobile and time of purchase in the email.

Q: How do I invite my friends in to play?
A: Goto your profile page, there is a refer friends on the left. Click on it and fill up the form.

Q: How do I kick a player in the game? He/she refuses to ready up!
A: Type "/kick PLAYERNAME" in the chat, replace PLAYERNAME with the players who needs to be kicked. This is available before a match starts and only to match owners.

Q: I'm experiencing severe lag in the game!
A: Most cases of lag occurred due to poor wireless network or internet connections. Please check with other players if they're experiencing the same lag before reporting it to us.

Q: Why does the game tell me that I've used disallowed words?? Don't ban me!
A: Profanities are strictly prohibited in the games. Certain words such as "no skill" are strongly discouraged in the games. If you find yourself wrongly detected for using disallowed words, you can reword them slightly. We will deal out penalties or even bans to those who do that for profanities though.

Q: There's a player harassing me and scolding vulgarities...
A: We have implemented a block feature in the game (in the players list). In blocking a player, you will not receive any PM from this player, neither can he/she join a match in which you're the owner. In severe cases, you may report the user via support@viwawa.com

Q: Why is everyone posting to ask others to vote their wawas in the shoutbox?
A: We have been asking ourselves this same question...

Q: OMG.. My mum is overtaking me in Wahjong rankings!! How?
A: err.. play more and overtake her?

Q: Can my dad play Viwawa as well?
A: Why not? But only if mommy allows.

Hello admin, why cant i create wawas using gold anymore?? is it must use cash then can create wawa? ):

i cannot leh... when i click create/update wawa, the new page that allows me to create wawa only ticks the "purchase with cash" option and i cant click the "purchase with gold" option.. ):

i wanted to buy a normal dress for my another wawa so i dress my wawa n then i click buy! But the option there is buy with my cash!!!! i wanted to use my gold to buy the normal dress but ended up buying the dress with cash!!! OMG!!! If can undo it n let me use my gold n buy i will thank u admin, my heart really break.... :'(:'(:'(

admin, when i play big 2.5, the window is not in full screen, although yesterday it was in full screen. I cannot see some of my cards. is it happening to all viwawa players..? please help me. thx.

Same here....

But what's happening to me now is a small screen. So small that i couldn't possibly play it. :Q
And it happened to all games. :Q

GM...the Delete temporary internet files doesn't work le...i delete for 100times++ but the game still cant loading...wat it mean??
