1) A,2,3,4,5 2) 2,3,4,5,6 3) 3,4,5,6,7 4) 4,5,6,7,8 5) 5,6,7,8,9 6) 6,7,8,9,10 7) 7,8,9,10,J 8) 8,9,10,J,Q 9) 9,10,J,Q,K 10) 10,J,Q,K,A (Straights are simply any continuous sequence of 5 cards starting from lower value A and ends at higher value A too! Hence, there isn't a combination for Q,K,A,2,3. In the above senario of what you have mentioned, you are having a hand with 2 pair whereas yr opponent is having a winning hand of Q pair. P/S: In every Straights combination hand, the 5th card's values(whoever has the highest value) that end for the straight combination will determine the winner). | |

In simple words... A,2,3,4,5 is a Straight. A,2,2,3,5 is NOT a Straight (you are missing "4"). A,2,2,3,5 IS ONLY a pair of "2".
