i want ask if level up to lvl 2 then decrease back to lvl 1 will the officer point be decrease.

Yes, if you lose a level, your Officer Points will be deducted by the same amount it was increased previously, including the effects of Ace medals.

if i bought it at lvl 5, didnt buy at lvl 6, then buy again at lvl 7, so i missed at lvl 6......
can i buy back or make up for the one i missed at lvl 6????
