I think you can check the Sushido posts on the Viwawa Blog. What I can understand is that it increases your $$$ made per cucumber you take from the board by a certain percentage.

yea increase the money for the upgrade you buy. But you need to complete the food for your customer then can see the increase in gold no like you cut the food 1 gold increase to 2 gold
