Dear gamers

We are pleased to introduce the ability for you to be able to change
your Username, or In Game Name. This feature automates the process of
changing your Username you wish to do so. This feature is available your
Profile page, near the top, the link [Change my Gamer ID].

In the future, please do not contact Viwawa support to request changing
your username.


Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do you charge cash just so that I can change my Gamer ID?

Right now, changing a Gamer ID is a resource-intensive process. We have
to change different locations in the Viwawa system to make sure your new
name is propagated throughout the system, wherever applicable. In
addition, we really do not want to encourage frequent changing of a
gamer's name unless absolutely necessary. If we did not impose a
Cash-only transaction for this feature, there would be many name change
requests and this would affect the Viwawa's service performance and
other gamers playing our games. In other words, we want to encourage
gamers to play respectfully and behave responsibly. Hence, this feature
is really available to gamers who really want to change their names.

2. When does the name change take effect?

The change to your username does not take place immediately. The change
will only take place after our weekly server maintenance on Tuesday.
When the change of name has taken place, you will be notified via your
Viwawa registered email that you can login with the new username.
