Cash user problem

Everytime we all say no cash,why many people with cash skill come and challenge us.And when we say cash we mean every single cash skill including cash equip such as tablet and shabby helmet.But what makes me real mad is when some people use cash equip that is tablet,and then when I say he use tablet he still say no,come'on hurricane kick hit with 10,10,10 and the overhead kick hit with 25 damage,do you think he is not using tablet.Everybody discuss and give some suggestion to stop those cash user from BULLY us again!!!
