Can't Checkmate.. TT___TT"

Admin, it's no fair,
i had a match 15 minutes-30 second per turn with somebody,
and after about 140 moves,
i still have my rook and he only got the king left.

normally in real chess, it's possible to checkmate with a
king-rook duo combo, but here..

i can't checkmate him cause every-time i moved my king to corner him, he moves his king, and if i move my rook to force him to move, he just passes his turn.

okey chess language-->
white king-d4, white rook-h5, black king e6.
white king to e4
black king to d6
white rook to g5
black pass turn
white king to d4
black king to e6
repeat.

and i noticed if the opponent have nothing left except the king, our time is used up 30 seconds AUTOMATICALLY, regardless how much time we used.
so i still had 3 minutes in my time but since of that effect and the
"i-can-pass-turn-haha-u-can't-checkmate-me loop",
after my 6 moves it ended in a draw..

it was really frustrating loss, so i just wanna ask,
is it allowed?

it is possible to win if he does not pass turn all the time. go figure it out how to do it properly

Admin! i left king and bishop and pawn. opponent left king. Normally this is won position but he make use of time out because his time is 1min more than me to draw. I cannot do anything at all! He keep pass turn to draw.

no, not possible. try it out in a real chess board.

is something wrong with the time keeping? i notice if u skip ur turn, u don't lose so much time..

so funnyboy3, lemme get the picture, u still have a pawn and a bishop and enough minutes to checkmate if the time is counted NORMALLY, ur opponent keeps skipping his turn, and u still need about 5 moves to turn ur pawn into a queen.

but since the opponent keep skipping, ur 1 move is counted 30 seconds, u don't have enough time to turn the pawn to a queen.

(correct me if i'm wrong..)

No, I had pawn and bishop, he simply put his king to blockade my pawn (in front of it) and since my bishop is different color i cant check him.

Then the game couldnt progress! And he just skip all his turns to waste time and claim a draw since i ran out of time ( my time less than him by 1min).

Because of this i lose a lot of exp, i hope admin can do something ASAP about the time limit bugs.

i see.. normally if there's no turn passing, the king will be forced to move, thus giving room for the pawn to move. but since there's this bug, OUR time gets ****ed up.

i just did some simulations for my checkmate problem,
and yes, the black can run away each time if skipping turns is allowed.

I CAN'T CHECKMATE~!

yea, at least put a penalty for skipping turns like u lose 1 minutes instead of 30..
