Bunny Tumble VS Lightning Kick

Which is better? i dont really know the actual formula to calculate but
i roughly gage it by this method..

Bunny Tumble-> [(min dmg+max) / 2] - Req stamina = -6
Lightning kick-> [(min dmg+max) / 2] - Req stamina =-5

The higher the no. the better. but, it isnt accurate because we cant
take the dmg and stamina as an equal source..

So anyone has a better formula to count?
