Bug? or game rule?

this is my first time to play Wahjong on VIWAWA...i wish someone can help me to solve my question..thank you

after several minutes in a game, i saw a play dropped a "pai(牌)" and that was what i want, so i clicked
"Hu (胡)"...Then i was so surprise because the game show that he won and i
lose...and he got highest score, money, and exp :'(

Why??
is the game rule or just a bug? why i clicked "Hu (胡)" but he won :'(

means the person also can HU with that tile but because he is first in sequence of the direction of play that's why he won instead of you
