Players at ANY level can fight the boss. You just cannot be the one to do the summon if you do not meet the level requirement.

Actually there will be almost no end to requests to lower the level requirement. Everyone just asks for it to be lowered to their level. If it really happens, will all the low levels then complain that they cannot defeat the boss or that they die very quickly?

We are quite open to having the minimum level to be lower in order to summon the boss. But if you obtained the summon before reaching level 40, you will NOT get a free summon.

why not create boss for diff lvl ?maybe one for mid lvl and the other for high end lvl ?
