No, he is not a ******... the reason is simple... cos he did not verify his accnt till now. All unverify accnt will always be capped at lvl 3(max), same goes for his exp, it will nvr be added any further even if he win 10000 matches. Hence, he is still at lvl 3 despite winning 5568 n losing 2912 matches of game in stwacks.
