actually, u just read the basic damage, like 8 - 12. or any. if he / she that already fought u last have a big damage, like if he use chilling blast, that attack the head, and leg. if the damage almost 20 or more, he bought boost. that just a simple answer. hope my answer can help u.

that is bug, u still can get the effect, after he got his effect about his muscle rein, then the next effect it goes to u,
