admin help! - my xp and gold was detected for no reason!

hello admin,

i was waiting for my turn in arena and it was a long wait since there are 59 players. before i knew what happened, i was suddenly in a match (no there was not even time for me to click start). everything just happened like it was recorded in a video. the match was over in at most 10 secs (like watching a video replaying). then i got this result.

it is fine if i lose to a level 86 but it is not fine when i NEVER EVEN PLAY anything because i have no chance to play and i get my xp and gold deducted for nothing!!

how can i get back my xp and gold? i don't think my internet was not working as i have no problem surfing other websites and bittorrent at good speed.

please help! it takes quite long to get 150xp and gold.

Dont click ready up and leave it to idle regardless of how long it takes...
It will automatically send u to yr opponent and after 50s idling again, it automatically starts. You lose due to your own carelessness and it isnt admin fault. Dont think they would compensate u for this. It isnt a system error.

i was staring at the screen waiting for the system to match me with an opponent, i did not leave the screen unattended. the next thing i know, everything happened like a movie (the whole match started, blah blah and ended). i was not lagging. i know when i click ready up, it will send me to an opponent but the thing is, i did not get the "ready to start game" prompt which they normally will show before we start the match!

i am not trying to be rude but your entry does not help me in any way. if i have clicked it and i left it idle then obviously it's my fault. the thing is i did not leave it idling there, i was waiting for the game to load. before accusing me, can you understand my problem first?
