I saw the introduction about VSF...it said :

Free Viwawa Cash
Once you start your Viwawa Superfriends membership, and upon renewal every 30 days, you will receive up to 500 free Viwawa Cash!

but I'm still confusing...

For Example, i buy 6 months VSF membership, so...Each month i can get 500 cash, 6 months i can get 3000 cash...?

No la. MOL get 300 cash nia. U use other methods of buying than get 500

and is not every month. the word renewal tells u that u have to renew. in other words, within 30 days of ur vsf subscription u have to renew to get 300 cash ( via MOL ) But if u use other methods than 500 lor
